JOE ELLIOTT/RICK SAVAGE On DEF LEPPARD's ON THROUGH THE NIGHT Album

Def Leppard members Joe Elliott and Rick Savage have been interviewed about the 40th anniversary of the debut album.

They spoke earlier this week to Billboard magazine.

Joe and Save talked about The Early Years 79-81 box set, Rick Allen, the band's early years in Sheffield, recording On Through The Night, NWOBHM, recording High 'n' Dry, Mutt Lange and Pete Willis leaving the band in 1982.

The 40th anniversary of 'On Through The Night' took place on 14th March for the UK and 26th March for its North American release.
