Def Leppard played the final show of the 2019 tour last night in Sacramento, CA with 16 songs performed.

The show took place at the 18,500 capacity Toyota Amphitheatre.

Another one-off show after two in September and October at the iHeartRadio and Exit 111 Festivals.

The first time the band have played this in this city since October 2018 on the Def Leppard x Journey tour.

The band headlined the Grand Opening Concert for the nearby Hard Rock Hotel & Casino which has just opened down the road from the venue.

Former Eagles member Don Felder was the special guest with Vivian's Last In Line opening the show at 7pm.

The first time outside of the Download Festival in June that Last In Line have opened for Def Leppard.

This was the last of 42 overall dates played by Def Leppard in 2019 in 14 different countries. The first appearance was in March at the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Induction in Brooklyn, NY.

The main tour (of 41 shows) then started in June at the Sweden Rock Festival before travelling through Europe/UK, Canada and the 12 date Sin City Residency in Las Vegas, NV in August/September.

This final show saw the band play the same setlist as they did in Manchester, TN at the Exit 11 Festival. Thankfully for them in slightly warmer conditions and at a decent, and more normal, time.

Joe suggested to the crowd they would be back "pretty soon" suggesting a Sacramento date on the 2020 tour.

Joe also led the crowd in singing Happy Birthday to Rick Allen before 'Rock Of Ages' to mark his 56th birthday on 1st November. Watch footage of this below (and in the Fan Videos section) thanks to Chele Drappel.

You can also watch the fireworks display that took place after the show.

Setlist/Staging

A 16 song setlist was played.

The same setlist as played at the last show in Manchester, TN for the Exit 111 Festival.

'Too Late For Love', 'Promises' and 'Paper Sun' all kept their place once again after returning to live action at the Sin City Residency.

The staging was the same as used in Manchester, TN and with no Thrust Stage.

The 7th time at this venue and 18th time overall in Sacramento.
