Another busy week for the band as they continue to tour Europe and the UK.
2019 European Tour Shows
The current tour continued across Europe with four more shows played in Czech Republic, Italy, Switzerland and France.
Prague/Italy
Two sold-out headline arena shows were played in Prague and Milan with very enthusiastic crowds.
Supported at both shows came from Whitesnake who just released their new album 'Flesh And Blood'.
Rock The Ring
The band made their first ever appearance at the festival in Hinwil, Switzerland in front of 28,000 fans on a bill that also included Whitesnake and Tesla.
Hellfest
Last night the first if two weekend festival appearances took place in Clisson, France. Their second visit to this festival in front of up to 25,000 fans.
Download Festival Highlights On UK TV
SKY Arts TV in the UK are due to show two specials featuring footage of the band's headline appearance from 14th June. Each one lasting well over two hours.
Def Leppard History
This week saw the 27th of the first show on the Adrenalize world tour in Dublin, Ireland.
Many other anniversaries of major events in the band's history were also remembered this week.

The 13th anniversary of the start of the 2006 YEAH! North American tour with Journey in Camden, NJ. The first show where the band introduced a large LED video screen to their show that has remained with them in various forms since.

DEF LEPPARD In DOWNLOAD 2019 Special On SKY Arts 6th/7th July
Def Leppard played the 2019 Download Festival on 14th June and highlights will be broadcast in the UK on 6th/7th July.
Confirmation and details of the Download Festival highlights shows on SKY Arts were published on UK TV menus. Two 2 hour 45 minute special will be broadcast by the channel on 6th and 7th July with footage from Def Leppard's set to feature as well as interviews.

Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen was interviewed last week at Download 2019 and unveiled a new Hysteria guitar amp.
Phil was interviewed at the Download Festival to promote a new Hysteria Bluetooth guitar amp. Watch the short video.

Def Leppard guitarist Vivian Campbell was interviewed at the Download Festival and mentioned the band's history with the event.

Def Leppard played the first show of the Rock Of Ages tour in Salt Lake City, UT on this day in 2012.
7 years since the start of the 2012 Rock Of Ages tour with Poison and Lita Ford in Utah. The second tour by the band to feature this name following the first in 2005. This tour was tied in to the 'Rock Of Ages' movie starring Tom Cruise and including his performance of 'PSSOM'.

27 years since the start of the 1992/1993 Adrenalize world tour with an In The Round show in Dublin, Ireland. The first use of the new stage on a tour that would see them perform over 240 concerts until September 1993.
