Def Leppard played a show in Hollywood, FL on 29th December 1987 during the Hysteria tour and fan footage is available.
The show took place at the Hollywood Sportatorium and was done at one end due to venue weight restrictions.
The show was sold out and attended by 13,285 fans with a total gross of $205,918.
As with all other shows on this first leg of the US Hysteria tour it was opened by Tesla.
The second time the band had played in this city.
The first visit took place on May 1983 at the same venue during the Pyromania tour.
Phil and Steve wore Bermuda shorts for the encore of 'Travellin' Band' which included snippets of Led Zeppelin' 'Rock And Roll' and Chuck Berry's 'Good Golly Miss Molly'.
