On This Day in Def Leppard History - 18th December, the following concerts and events took place. Including the second night of the 1983 Rock Pop Festival in Dortmund, Germany.

The festival was recorded for broadcast on TV and Radio and saw Lep play a short set alongside other UK bands such as Judas Priest and Iron Maiden. Six of Leppard's songs were included in the broadcast. The video remains some of the only pro shot footage from the 'Pyromania' tour.

On this day in 2018 the band ended their 2018 world tour with a show in London, England at "Wembley Arena".

Also on this day in 2012 the band put out the 'Acoustic Medley 2012' as a digital only release. The medley was first performed live during the 2012 Rock Of Ages tour and became a fan favourite prompting the band to record a studio version as a surprise before Christmas.
