DEF LEPPARD x JOURNEY Tour In GEORGE, WA (Show Report)

Def Leppard played another show with Journey on the 2018 North American tour last night in George, WA with 16 songs performed.
The show took place at the 27,500 capacity Gorge Amphitheatre.
The band last played George on 2nd September 1996 on the Slang tour.
The third show the band have played in George and third time at this venue.
The first visit was in July 1993 on the Adrenalize summer tour leg with Ugly Kid Joe in support.
They would return on the Slang tour in September 1996 with Tripping Daisy as the support act.
The venue is known as one of the most scenic in North America alongside Red Rock in Colorado.
It is set in a natural gorge with a spectacular valley and lake as the backdrop behind the stage.
Like Albuquerque the moveable video screens were not used.
The video countdown for this show as done on the screens either side of Rick's drum kit.
A few tweets and Instagram posts (including many angry ones) suggest there were traffic delays outside the venue for up to two hours causing some fans to miss the show and others to only see the encore songs.
Setlist
'When Love & Hate Collide', 'Rock On' and 'Man Enough' were played in George for the first time.
