DEF LEPPARD x JOURNEY Tour In NEWARK, NJ (Show Report)

Def Leppard played another show with Journey on the 2018 North American tour last night in Newark, NJ with 16 songs performed.
The show took place at the 19,500 capacity Prudential Center.
The band last played Newark on 11th July 2012 on the Rock Of Ages tour.
The second show by the band in this city.
The first and only other show played here was in July 2012 on the Rock of Ages tour with Poison and Lita Ford.
Most New Jersey shows over the years have been played in East Rutherford or Holmdel and more recently in Camden and Atlantic City.
The arena was opened in October 2007 when locals Bon Jovi played a ten night stand. The building is known locally as 'The Rock'.
Trixter guitarist and band friend Steve Brown also attended this show after being seen at the New York show.
