Another OUTSTANDING show at a packed KeyBank Center in Buffalo, NY last night! Their new stage show is phenomenal and it was a treat that the band came to Buffalo! We usually have to go to Darien Lake to see Leppard, but this time they chose an inside venue right here in Buffalo! That hasn’t happened since 1993 with the Adrenalize tour so it was very appreciated.

Phil Collen wasn’t at our show due to a “family emergency” in California. Joe mentioned Phil twice and promised he would be back soon. They aren’t saying much which I’m sure was Phil’s wishes. Still the show ROCKED and Joe sounded FANTASTIC! He also is looking REALLY GOOD this tour and in great shape!

Pretty much the same set list as the past three shows with 16 songs played. The only thing I was disappointed in was that only one song was played from their recent album! “Man Enough” off their new album was a little off - you could really see that Phil’s playing ability is missed during this song.

Rick Savage was looking fashionably dressed in a pink leather suit...looks GREAT on him! He seemed to be in an excellent mood last night and was very playful on stage.

Another GREAT performance was given by Viv Campbell and he as well was more playful on stage than I’ve ever seen him. I spotted a few CAMPBELL TOUGH t-shirts in the crowd and Viv was sure to give each fan wearing one a nod of THANK YOU. Because I’m the person who made the CAMPBELL TOUGH t-shirts and gave one to each band member, I’m especially humbled to see the support for Viv to continue.

The band loved the enthusiasm of the NEARLY SOLD OUT show crowd and plans to return to our city next year...till then “they won’t forget us and we won’t forget them”! THANKS FOR A FANTASTIC NIGHT DEF LEPPARD!!
