Def Leppard Set To Announce Canadian Tour (With Montreal Date)

Def Leppard will announce their 2017 Canadian tour very soon and a show in Montreal looks likely to be included.

The 2017 tour has so far had five dates confirmed, all festivals in the USA during late April through to the end of May.

The Musik Universe website has now suggested the Canadian leg of the tour will be announced very soon.

They have also mentioned a Montreal date for Monday 10th April.

The show (when and if it is confirmed) would take place at the Bell Centre.

This was last played on 2nd May 2015 during the April/May 2015 Canadian tour that kicked off the 2015/2016 world tour.

The Bell Centre (or Centre Bell) calendar currently has that date free.

It was Phil who first mentioned plans for a another comprehensive run of shows in Canada back in August 2016 when he said they would be playing outside of just Toronto and Montreal.

Vivian told Eonmusic in December the 2017 tour would last for about three months.

A radio station news story posted last week mentioned possible plans for a longer US Summer tour.
