On This Day in Def Leppard History - 11th February, the following concerts and events took place. Including US/Canadian release of the 'Slang Deluxe Edition' album three years ago on this day in 2014.

The new version of the album was released as a 30 track 2CD edition and a 38 track digital release. A 3 song 'Slang Video Collection' was also made available.

Also on this day in 1983 the band played their first Irish show at the TV Club in Dublin during the Pyromania tour.

The band would return to the city in February 1984 to start work on the 'Hysteria' album and Joe would make the city his permanent home.

On this day in 2011 Vivian Campbell played a show with Thin Lizzy in Hamburg, Germany.
