Def Leppard played a show on the Adrenalize tour in Hershey, PA on 8th November 1992 and an archive tour diary is available to read.
Joe Elliott wrote a tour diary for Kerrang! Magazine after the show which took place at the Hershey Park Arena.
The band's first ever visit to this city.
Joe told the story of some medical issues which luckily didn't result in any shows being affected.
Joe Elliott - Tour Diary Quotes
"A heart attack at 33? Surely not..."
"I can hardly move. I'm not particularly freaked out cos I'm not actually dead, but I've got to say I'm a little concerned."
"As we rise into the air, the pain starts to move into my side, and by the time we land, it's under my shoulder blades. I'm thinking I've got trapped air. Good. Sit on the bog for half-an-hour and well... you know the rest! But Malvin, the tour manager, insists I got to the hospital for a check up. So here I am at 3.15pm, wired up to every machine in the place, being checked for everything except measles."
"As I suspected, the ticker is in good shape, but my chest x-rays show up a cloudy patch at the bottom of my lungs. The doctor tells me it's possible pleurisy."
This and other archive concert reviews can be found on the show pages in the Tour History.
