Def Leppard members Joe Elliott and Phil Collen played a short Japanese tour with the Cybernauts in 2001 and video footage is available.

The Pro Shot footage was captured by Japanese TV show 'Masa Ito's Rock City' during their short four date tour in January 2001.

The show took place on 8th January 2001 at Kanagawa Bay Hall in Yokohama, Japan.

The first two songs of the show - 'Watch That Man' and 'Hang On To Yourself' were shown along with brief clips of them talking. Watch the full video below.

Following a four song acoustic set at Tower Records in Tokyo they played four shows in Yokohama, Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka.

Whilst in Tokyo they recorded three new David Bowie covers which were then used on 'The Further Adventures Of the Cybernauts' bonus CD.

That CD was issued along with their 'Cybernauts Live' album in June 2001.

The live album had been recorded in Dublin in August 1997 with the other studio bonus tracks recorded around the same time.

Both Dick Decent and Trevor Bolder have since passed away which delayed plans to re-release this material with new recordings added. And also plans for further live shows.

As of March 2016 Phil said the band are still planning to release the album at some point.
