Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen is featured in a new documentary about ex-Deep Purple guitarist Ritchie Blackmore.
The one hour documentary titled "The Story Of Ritchie Blackmore" was released on DVD by Eagle Vision in November 2015.
It features various musicians talking about Ritchie's influence on them.
Phil is included in the film alongside Brian May, Steve Lukather and many more.
Phil has mentioned many times how he attended a Deep Purple show in Brixton, London in 1972 and was inspired to play guitar by watching Ritchie. It is also the reason he has always played on the left side of the drums on stage during his career.
Along with his cousin he was spotted in the back cover crowd shot of Deep Purple's 'Made In Japan' live album. The photo was a shot taken from this Brixton show.
