Def Leppard guitarist Vivian Campbell was interviewed on 3rd September by Lexington radio and mentioned the new album release date again.
Vivian talked about the current tour, joining the band in 1992, the new Def Leppard album/single, his guitars, Frank Hannon giving him a guitar at the start of the tour, guitarists - Jeff Beck/Gary Moore etc, DIO/Last In Line, being influenced by Marc Bolan and his current health.
Vivian again repeats the 30th October release date. He then jokingly calls the single "Do This Now" but then says it's a joke..

Def Leppard's New Album?/October 30th Release Date
"Well their album - it's an eponymous title. It's just called Def Leppard. We're due one of those and I believe the release date. I've heard October 30th. Is the date that's been mentioned. The record is done. It's just all the artwork and packaging takes the extra time."
Single?
"The single should be coming to you radio chaps very, very soon. Like sometime in the next week or two. And as soon as it does - we're not playing anything from the new record yet. There's no point until it's actually featured on the radio. So people get a chance to hear it you know. But we're excited about that. We've been rehearsing it a bit at soundcheck and stuff."
Single Title?
"Um...yes I do. You can indeed now. I need to think I just woke up. Yeah. Do This Now. Is what it's called."
What is it again?
"No, no, no. I'm only kidding. No, I'm not telling you. Sorry. Someone will get very angry with me if I tell you. Yeah you might have it even sooner than that. Who knows."
New Songs On 2016 Cruise
"The Leppard record will be out at that stage too. So hopefully we'll be able to play a few cuts from that album too. So it'll be a busy time."
