Def Leppard 2015
Def Leppard will release their highly anticipated new self titled studio album on 30th October and there are 32 days to go.
The band revealed the final running order for the album on Instagram on 14th September.
The first single/radio track Let's Go was then premiered online a day later and released digitally on 16th September.
The album recording started in February 2014 when the band thought they might record one or two songs for a possible online release.
They ended up with 12 in that first session and decided to make a full album. This countdown tells the story of the album over the 2014/2015 recording period as told by the band in various interviews.

"Actually this was really weird cause we said perhaps we'll get a song or an EP or something for next year and we went over to Joe's house in Dublin and got eleven songs started which is - it blew me away cause we're notoriously slow and we don't really get that thing together. So it was just really good and everyone was very open minded about different ideas and everything and there was so many different ideas flying around that it was just a - it was just very exciting. So I go back in May I think I go - May the 15th I think we kick off again and do some more. More writing."
