Def Leppard's new self titled studio album has today entered the UK Rock And Metal album chart at Number One.
The new album has entered at the Top Spot in the UK rock albums chart following its release on 30th October.
The band's second UK Number One rock album since the rock charts first started.
The re-recorded version of 'Pour Some Sugar On Me' has also re-entered the Rock And Metal Singles chart at Number 29.
'Songs From The Sparkle Lounge' entered the same album chart at Number 1 on 17th May 2008.
The chart was previously titled 'Rock Chart' but has now been expanded to include the word 'Metal' - \m/.
Three other albums - 'YEAH!', 'Best Of' and 'X' all reached the Top 5.
