Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen was interviewed recently by Digital Journal and commented on the 2015 studio album and world tour.
Phil talked about Delta Deep album/tour plans but went on to talk about the 2015 Def Leppard studio album and world tour.
The Australia, New Zealand and Japanese tour has been mentioned many times by band members (including by Vivian in March) but has yet to be announced. The tour dates are likely to happen between late October to late November given the obvious time off the band will have after the US tour and before the UK shows in December.
Phil comments also back up the recent hints of a studio album release by September/October and another North American tour in 2016 to support the album.
Vivian confirmed the band would go Down Under recently on facebook. For anyone wondering if Whitesnake would join Lep in Australia they have seemingly ruled themselves out with recent tour dates announced before the December UK tour around Europe from 8th November to 2nd December (with The Dead Daisies).

"We have a new Def Leppard album coming out as well. We pretty much finished that up, and we will be touring to Australia, Japan and New Zealand and promote the album there, and then we will return again to the United States. We will be very busy, and we will be touring as much as we can."
