Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott hosted another edition of his weekly radio show last night on Planet Rock.
This weeks show included songs by Black Star Riders, Mott and Live.

Show Intro
"Evening all and welcome. It is once again the Joe Elliott show right here on the very wonderful Planet Rock. Coming to you this week all the way from Denmark. Where later, much later, we are headlining a festival because this time of year it just doesn't go dark round here. So we can't go on until about half past ten which gives us plenty of time to get this show moving along. After the last couple of weeks theatrical extravaganza, it's time to just rock out a little bit more. Though, I must add, there might be one or two leftovers who knows. Not this though, this is Motor Sister."
Live/Australian Tour
"Now we've just out some tickets on sale. We being Def Leppard, for Australia. We've got three shows down there in November in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth and I'm very happy to announce that this lot are opening for us. This is Live."
"And before that from their debut album Throwing Copper way back in the 90s we heard Live. Def Leppard's special guests down in Australia later this year with a song called I Alone."
Correction - Their debut album was actually 'Mental Jewelry' in 1991. 'Throwing Copper' came out in 1994.
And if you want to get really techincal...they released an independent album before this called 'The Death of a Dictionary' in 1989 when they were using their original band name Public Affection - This album can be found on Youtube (and is pretty good).
