Crash Davis - Phil Collen Interview Quotes

Hysteria Cruise/2016 Tour

"I drove a boat to Catalina Island last April. So perhaps I'll have a go!. Yeah it came up and we just said yeah and a lot of bands are doing this. You know KISS done it. Motley Cruise and stuff like that. So yeah it just came our way and we felt it would be good because when it comes up - our album's gonna come out probably during this tour and we're not gonna get a real chance to play the new stuff on this American tour. Or not much of it anyway. So when we do the cruise we're gonna be learning the songs so that we can actually come back and play some more."

Delta Deep Album

"I've got an extreme blues album coming out and that should be coming out this summer just before the Def Leppard album comes out. It's called Delta Deep."

"It kinda sounds like Led Zeppelin II with Tina Turner singing it if you can imagine that. And you know you mentioned David Coverdale and Whitesnake. David actually does a guest vocal appearance on the album as does Joe Elliott. So that comes out and we're really excited about that and that's just called Delta Deep."

"Robert Deleo the bass player from Stone Temple Pilots and Forrest Robinson who's played on so many sessions he's the drummer and it's amazing. I'm actually playing guitar and singing as well."
