Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott has said he'll be working on the second album from Black Star Riders later this year.
Joe mentioned he'll be working on the second album from the band later this year on his radio show last night without going into too many details.
Joe worked with Ricky Warwick on his first two solo albums 'Tattoos & Alibis' (2003) and 'Love Many Trust Few' (2005), co-producing them with Leppard man Ronan McHugh.
Joe also helped Scott Gorham remix some old Thin Lizzy albums which were released in early 2011. Joe praised the debut album by Black Star Riders on his show last year with Joe and Sav also attending their Dublin concert in December 2013.
UPDATE - Ricky Warwick has clarified Joe's role on the album as "Producer" in a new tweet.
