Def Leppard performed a playback version of Heaven Is on German TV in January 1993 and video footage available.
The footage features a short 1994 MTV Europe interview with Joe talking about the April 1994 Mick Ronson tribute concert.
The following 'Heaven Is' playback performance on German show Gottschalk Late Night dates from 26th January 1993. The appearance was part of the brief UK/European press tour to promote the single. The show was hosted by Thomas Gottschalk.
The closest the band got to performing the song "live" was the Top Of The Pops appearance the week before. Joe sang live vocals along to the playback version. The other UK/Swedish performances were all full playback as with the one shown here.
