Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott was interviewed by The Star to promote the Down 'n' Outz and talked about Paul McCartney.

Joe talked about the Down 'n' Outz, Mott The Hoople, who he'd like to work with, musical ambition and Def Leppard 2015 studio album.

The text is taken from an interview done many weeks ago and parts of which have been used on various sites.

The Art Of McCartney album was released on 17th/18th November.

The Star - Joe Elliott Interview Quotes

Artist He'd Like To Work With

"Living or dead? Living I would say McCartney. I've come close to working with him by virtue of the fact I'm on two songs on The Art Of Paul McCartney album. Def Leppard have done a cover of Hell On Wheels, and I sang with McCartney's band on a song called High High High. But I've never worked with the man himself. That would be fun."

2015 Studio Album

"We're working on the Def Leppard album. Then I go out in December on the Down 'n' Outz tour."
