Def Leppard members Joe Elliott and Phil Collen will feature in a new documentary being filmed about photographer Ross Halfin.
Ross recently attended the Los Angeles show at The Forum on 8th July and filmed an interview with Phil. According to his diary Joe will be filmed at a later date.
Ross first mentioned the documentary in a posting on 2nd July. The film will be directed by Bernadine Lim.
Ross also (jokingly?) references Rick Allen which might go back to an incident around 10 years or so ago when he posted a naked photo of him on his site. It was then removed at the request of Rick's wife. You can probably find entries about that in his dairy - shown below is one from June 2008 in Belgium where Rick apparently still didn't like him! :).
The 'Def Leppard: The Definitive Visual History' book featuring Ross Halfin photos dating back to June 1979 was released by the band in 2011. Ross has also appeared in several documentaries about Lep including Behind The Music and Classic Albums Hysteria (as seen above).

They are soooooo awful all we got was a lot of noise while Phil was filming so we gave up. I saw Joe Elliott and we arranged to film him at a later date. I was hoping the drummer Rick Allan would do a bit too, as there is NO love lost between us. If I’m honest Rick Allan and I have disliked each other from day one, it would have been fantastic having him tell the world how much he HATES me."

"Within ten minutes Leppard are on. I walk to the stage with Phil and Joe, the tour manager stops me. 'Are you taking photos today?' 'Yes.' 'Can you NOT point a camera at Rick Allen?' 'No problem, I didn't point one at him last night.' Rick had been all smiles five minutes before - the fickle world I work in. The drummer's ego has landed (in a field!)."
