Monday, 22nd July 2013

VIVA Hysteria! 2013.

The Def Leppard documentary shot in Las Vegas will be aired as the Living With Def Leppard docu/series on US TV according to a new article.

Joe mentioned the band had filmed some kind of documentary during the VIVA Hysteria! residency in various interviews including this one from May 2013.

The series will be a "multi episode project" showing how the Las Vegas shows were put together, live performances, moments with the band and interviews with fans. Some fans had mentioned being interviewed by film crews and signing waivers for their image to be used on TV.

The producers of the series are also responsible for such noted shows as 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians', 'Kourtney & Kim Take Miami' and 'Total Divas'...

Joe first mentioned a possible documentary/film in September 2012 but this appears to be a totally different project.

Sav's daughter also mentioned a Savage family reality series on Twitter in February 2013.

This confirms the documentary footage will not be part of the VIVA Hysteria! & More CD/DVD/Blu-ray package that will be released in October
