Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen was recently interviewed by UK website High Speed Dirt.
Phil talked about giving up alcohol in the mid 80s, how he started to change his lifestyle and his current fitness routine.

"What got me was that I noticed I was very bored,' he admits. 'In the first two weeks, when I felt like I needed a drink I'd think that I was being pathetic, which is kinda not the normal thing to feel. But I thought that there was more to me than needing to get drunk just because I'm bored. So I went completely the other way and didn't care what anybody else thought."
