Def Leppard played the 8th show of the 2013 VIVA Hysteria! residency last night at The Joint in Las Vegas, NV with 22 songs played.
Night eight saw the band play another 8 song opening set as "Ded Flatbird". Once more no 'new' songs were played but some excellent ones were included in the opening set.
The ultra rare 'Good Morning Freedom' was played for the third time as the show opener and 'Wasted' for a fourth time. Three other albums were represented with two from 'High 'n' Dry' and one each from 'Pyromania', 'Slang' and 'Euphoria' before the big finish of 'Let's Get Rocked'. Only 'Promises' stayed in from the previous show.
Lita Ford who had attended the Rock Fantasy Camp earlier with Joe, Viv and Sav was in the audience along with bass player Phil Soussan (Ozzy Osbourne/DIO).
The full 'Hysteria' album followed with the usual encore of 'Rock Of Ages' and 'Photograph'.
The 'No Ded Flatbird' sign remained in place at the start of the thrust stage.
