Def Leppard will play live at the Rock Of Ages movie premiere in Hollywood on 8th June according to singer Joe Elliott in a recent interview.
The premiere will take place on Hollywood Boulevard near the famous Grauman's Chinese Theatre and Kodak Theatre. No details have yet be announced of where and when the band will play but some sort of outdoor performance seems likely.
Phil Collen and Rick Allen previously attended the premiere of another music based movie, 'Rock Star' in 2001.
Recent quotes by Joe and Rick Savage's wife Paige suggest the band have had some musical involvement in the movie and it's soundtrack (more than just use of their studio songs). One possibility is that the band have recorded new music for the versions of three songs used in the film - 'PSSOM', 'ROA' and 'BOTH'. Read their quotes below.
