A classic Def Leppard Top Of The Pop's performance of 'Pour Some Sugar On Me' was shown on BBC Four in the UK last night.
The song was included as part of the 'Big in America: British Hits in the USA' special featuring archive clips from Top Of The Pop's and other UK shows. The song was a hit in 1988 in the US but this performance dates from 16th September 1987 and was shot in the midst of their sold-out UK tour. The single, released two days earlier on the 14th, went on to reach number 18 in the charts.
