Poison drummer Rikki Rockett has commented on the 2012 Def Leppard/Poison tour whilst being interviewed at NAMM.
Rikki was at the trade show which took place from 19th-22nd January in Anaheim, California and spoke to Backstage Axxess reporter Gus Griesinger. He was there to promote his Rockett Drum Works company but also made a brief comment on the upcoming tour.
His comments came a couple of weeks before his new announcement on facebook and twitter that the tour is going ahead. As yet though there has been no announcement of dates.

Are you guys (Poison) gonna be touring, I think Bret said something about Def Leppard possibly this summer?
"It does look like we're gonna go out with Def Leppard."
Joan Jett possibly too?
"You know, I don't know about that. That would be cool, I'm a Joan fan you know - But yeah so we're going out with Def Leppard. I don't know who the other act will be. And then the release of the movie 'Rock Of Ages', Def Leppard and Poison are both on that. (it comes out in) June."
