Huw Lloyd-Langton who played guitar on the cover of a Who song featuring Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott on vocals has died aged 61.
Joe played their version of Love Reign O'er Me on his radio show last night without mentioning his passing. This is most likely due to him recording his show before the news was released to the press on Friday. The ex Hawkwind guitarist died after a two year illness on Thursday 6th December.
The show is available until next Saturday using the On Demand feature. Listen to the full song below courtesy of Cleopatra Records which was probably one of the last things Huw recorded.
