Def Leppard played a show on the Hysteria tour in Tacoma, WA on 1st December 1987 and an archive concert review is available to read.
The Post Intelligencer reviewed the show which took place at the Tacoma Dome. This would turn out to be the final venue played on the tour when they returned in late October 1988. And of course the last venue played (for a full length Def Leppard concert) with Steve Clark in the band.
Post Intelligencer - Online Review Quote
"After a couple of opening songs, lead singer Joe Elliott stopped the show and pleaded with fans to step back from the stage to avoid crushing those in front."
"Elliott, dressed in fashionably tattered jeans, remained firmly in control from that moment on, leading the band through a selection of songs that began with the group's first album in 1980."
This and other archive concert reviews can be found on the show pages in the Tour History.
