On This Day in Def Leppard History - 8th December, the following concerts and events took place. Including the birth of guitarist in 1957 in London, England. Phil is celebrating his 54th birthday today in Nottingham where the band play with Motley Crue.
After tonight the band will have played three times on Phil's birthday since he joined the band in 1982. Including the first full show of the 2002 US 'X' tour in Las Vegas. All of these shows have been with the current line up and in three different decades.
