Cleveland, OH - Fan Reviews

Fan Review - By Emily

What an awesome show!

Cheap Trick was the first band to take the stage. The start of the show was delayed, leaving time for only 5 songs by Cheap Trick. This was disappointing for me, being a huge Cheap Trick fan, but it was understandable. I was happy to hear "Sick Man Of Europe" from their newest album "The Latest." Even though they had to shorten their set, it was still awesome and they really know how to rock!

Next up was Poison. I'm not really a fan, so I can't really say much. But, I will say that Bret really got the crowd going.

After Poison, it was time for Def Leppard. As usual, For Those About To Rock came on the PA and the crowd started getting more excited. The intro video played and then the great opening sounds of "Rock Rock (Til You Drop)" blasted through the speakers. What a great opener. I hope it stays throughout the tour. The guys came out all energized and looked great. I enjoyed the changes in the set list, including the addition of "Too Late For Love." Throughout the entire show they gave their all and were really rocking hard. This was probably the most energized Def Leppard show that I've ever seen.

The crowd loved every minute of the show. The acoustic part of the show was great, and going right into "Switch 625" right after "Bringin' On The Heartbreak" is always a treat. The show continued with all of the hits and right after "Rock Of Ages," there was a bit of a tease as to whether or not there would be an encore. But, as in usual Def Leppard fashion, there was! It was "Let's Get Rocked." What a great way to end a show. The show was amazing from start to finish and will definitely be a memorable one.
