The venue is located to the west of the city centre.

It was opened in 1973.

Major concerts in Moncton are now hosted by the Avenir Centre which holds over 8,000 people and is located on downtown Moncton.

The start of another leg of In The Round shows and the band's first ever major Canadian tour after playing a handful of shows during the 'Pyromania' tour.

It was also a return for the In The Round stage which had not been used since the 16th February show in Odessa, TX.

The band spent a few days off in New York City after the Passaic, NJ show on 2nd June.

Joe revealed on the 18th March 2017 edition of his Planet Rock radio show that they attended a show by Pink Floyd at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ.

This was either 3rd or 4th June, the last two shows of the second American leg of their massive 1987/1988 'A Momentary Lapse Of Reason' world tour.

The regular setlist was likely played with the newly re-added 'Don't Shoot Shotgun'.
