The first show by the band in this city since August 1983 on the Pyromania tour.

The second time at this venue.

The venue is located in downtown Providence next to the local university.

It was opened in November 1972.

The venue was originally known as Providence Civic Center.

It was then changed to Dunkin' Donuts Center in in 2001 and renovated in 2008.

Ross Halfin took photos of the band and crew in the backstage area for use in the 1988 tour programme.

Many of the first and most iconic shots of the In The Round stage and crowd were also shot at this show.

Including some taken showing the 'Hysteria' curtains surrounding the stage before the show started.

The media reviews reveal the band were not yet playing the longer sing-a-long version of 'Rock Of Ages' yet but still the same version played in the UK with the extended middle section and snippets of classic rock songs.
