  • Location / Manchester, England
  • Venue / Exhibition Hall @ Belle Vue

The first show by the band in this city since October 1979 on the AC/DC Highway To Hell support tour.

Another show on the six week UK club tour with Witchfynde and local acts in support.

The venue was located in the Hyde Road area of the city.

It was opened in 1836.

The venue is believed to have been one of the Belle Vue Zoological Gardens Exhibition Halls.

The complex now houses a cinema, Greyhound Stadium and a Speedway Stadium as well as a leisure centre.

The exhibition halls were closed down in October 1987.

The area also featured a large circus ring/concert hall called Kings Hall which was played by bigger acts like The Who and Led Zeppelin in the 1970s and held over 7,000 fans.
